Exchanges/Refunds for Defective or Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that you have received the incorrect product or the product you received is damaged / defective, please advise us within 14 days of receipt, we will provide an exchange/refund for the product/s in question.

Exchanges/Refunds will only be processed upon receipt of the goods by ourselves against which the claim is being requested and will be finalised upon inspection of the goods. 

To log an exchange/refund request simply contact us via enquiries@nuance.co.za and we will take care of the collection of the product at no charge.

Refunds

You may request a refund for any unused goods, in their original, untampered packaging at any stage within the 14 day period directly after receiving your order. 

Refunds will only be processed upon receipt of the goods against which the claim is being requested and will be finalised upon inspection of the goods. 

To log a request for a refund, simply contact us via enquiries@nuance.co.za and we will take care of the collection of the product at no charge.

Sale items

Sale items will be refunded at the sales price and not the original selling price.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so at any time, prior to the delivery of the goods. Simply notify us of your intention, and we will process your cancellation, along with any applicable refunds due to you.

Simply contact us via enquiries@nuance.co.za prior to the goods having been delivered, and we will process the cancellation. Refunds can take up to 5 working days to be processed.

Returns outside of the 14 day period

In any event where the 14 day period has been exceeded, please feel free to contact us so that we can explore a possible solution to your query.
